Back in 2017, it suddenly became possible within a mobile game to field a party of Cloud Strife, Vivi Ornitier, Lara Croft, and Ariana Grande against hordes of monsters. This was what I’d consider to be the height of Final Fantasy Brave Exvius, a now-defunct gacha title that drained far more of my money than I’m comfortable admitting.
