Donald Trump and FTC Commissioner Rebecca Slaughter.   In today's decision in Trump v. Slaughter, the Supreme Court ruled that laws protecting the heads of "independent" executive agencies from firing are unconstitutional, because they infringe on the president's constitutional removal authority.
